About Lance (Owner)...
I was a bit of a geek in my younger years. Finding SciFi and Fantasy topics with war games and role-playing games more interesting than school or college at the time. Gaming consoles were not invented yet, but I’d get into that as I’m sure you imagine!
Collecting is a great passion of mine but to make a living out of it I need to let go of the emotional ties and sell products!
When I emigrated to Canada to marry my sweetheart, I had to start fresh. That was 15 years ago now! I’m proud to be Canadian.
Most of my collections are absorbed into the shop now. After managing many gaming / collector stores I thought I’d go for it myself! I opened on November 19, 2019 with COVID striking in March 2020. It’s been very hard! However, we are still in the game and with your support (especially local support!) we aim to be around for years to come yet!

Stony Plain Games & Collectables Inc is a new business selling many different products, ranging from Magic the Gathering to Pokemon collectable card games (CCG’s) and Role playing games (RPG’s) like the mighty Dungeons & Dragons! Call of Cthulhu, Vampire masquerade Pathfinder etc. Source books and mini’s galore! A great range of board games and the like! A selection of vintage consoles and console games like, Nintendo, Playstation, Sega, Xbox etc. Miniature based games like those from Games Workshop, especially Warhammer 40K!
Plus other great titles and miniatures galore! General gaming supplies for CCG’s, RPG’s and other games. Such as dice, deck boxes, sleeves, binders. Paints, brushes and modeling supplies! Always something new to look at every week!
